1. Program Description 

Freeship+ is a program in which TIKI partners with Sellers to provide customers shipping discount

a. Shipping Discount for customers

• Up to 30.000 VND for orders >= 149.000 VND from each store; and

• Up to 50.000 VND for orders >= 299.000 VND from each store

b. Which shipping methods get applied 

• All shipping methods EXCEPT TikiNOW 2H

c. How TIKI and Sellers split the cost of shipping discount

• Sellers Cost to sponsor shipping discount: 5% order value, max 15.000 VND

• TIKI sponsor the rest up to shipping discount value mentioned in 1.a 

d. Examples

• Order from one store with value < 149.000 VND

• Customers don’t get discount  from Freeship+ Program

• Sellers can sponsor shipping discount by setting your own shipping discount rule on Sellers Center, with Minimum of Value order less than 149.000 VND.

• Order from one store with value = 150.000 VND, shipping fee =  20.000 VND

• Order from one store 300.000 VNĐ, shipping fee 50.000 VNĐ

• Order from one store 400.000 VNĐ, shipping fee 50.000 VNĐ

2. Eligibility & Subscription process 

• Eligibility: All Sellers are operating on TIKI. TIKI reserves the right to change the eligibility and will inform Sellers whenever there is anything change on eligibility

3. Seller’s Benefit when subscribing to Freeship+Program 

• Visibility 

  • 24h after Sellers click subscribe button and approved by TIKI, ALL sellers’ products and store to be attached the “Freeship+” badge, helping Sellers to increase pageview and conversion rate.

• TIKI sets up special filter for Freeship+ on homepage, filtering list, flash deal page, campaign page, etc to help maximize the visibility of Freeship+ products.

  • Visibility policy could be changed overtime depending on TIKI’s policy. 

• Free to subscribe. No registration free needed.

• Sellers only sponsor shipping discounts for orders eligible to Freeship+ condition. No cost on  all other types of orders.

• Have TIKI share the cost of sponsoring shipping discount.

4. Seller’s Obligation

By clicking “subscribe” button on Seller Center to subscribe to Freeship+ Program, Seller agree

a. Sponsor shipping discount for customers with eligible orders according to item number 1. Program description

b. Read, understand and agree to implement and follow all terms and conditions mentioning in this documents and related documents issued by TIKI related to this Freeship+ program

5. Duration

• Freeship+ to be opened for subscription from Jun 3rd, 2021 and will take into effect from Jun 18th, 2021; OR 24hours since seller subscribes to Freeship+ after Jun 18th, 2021

• Freeship+ take into effect until TIKI announces to end the program or Sellers unsubscribe this program on Seller Center, depending which day comes first

6. Change

• TIKI reserves the right to adjust terms and conditions of the Freeship+ program

• TIKI to announce to Sellers if there is anything changed regarding this Freeship+ program

7. Unsubscribe

Seller has the right to unsubscribe the Freeship+ program anytime after successfully subscribing to this program. 8.  For Sellers who are having their own active shipping discount programs

In order to simplify shipping discount rules management for sellers, TIKI will turn off all active shipping rules set by sellers when Freeship+ is activated, EXCEPT.

• Shipping discount applied to your entire stores for TIKI NOW 2h.

• 100% shipping discount applied for a set of specific products.

Details of each shipping discount program which Sellers are allowed to create depends on TIKI policy.
