How to adjust product status

1. Setting on/off a product 

Slide on Status field to turn ON/OFF

2. Using a list to turn on/off products

The process is as follows:

Step 1: Choose “Export product” in “Product

Step 2: Click on “New export”, choose “Product detail information

Step 3: In this table, Sellers can filter product list by “Status” or “Inventory type

Step 4: Download product list file at “Export history” screen 

Step 5. Select products by SKU in Excel file

Step 6. Fill and change SKU status in 

“Selling price, Product status update file” (details below *)

Step 7. Upload “Selling price, Product status update file” to Seller Center

*Download “Selling price, Product status update file”

(1) In “Product”, click on “Mass create / update products

(2) Click on “Mass import”, choose “Update offers

(3) Choose “Selling price, Product status update file” to download  

  • Uploaded file will be updated to List.

  • After approving, file will be changed status to “Completed”
